Banana-Berry Smoothie

Meal Items Banana-Berry Smoothie Ingredients 1/2 banana 1/2 cup berries 2/3 cup skimmed milk or soy milk Splenda or another noncaloric sweetener to taste Directions Add all ingredients plus 3 cubes of ice to a blender or shake maker. Blend until smooth and creamy.
