Aloo (potato) Salad

Meal Items

Aloo (potato) Salad
and 1/2 scoop of protein powder in water.


100 g aloo (potato)
1/8 cup curds
1/2 tsp oil (within daily quota)
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Yellow mustard seeds
To season Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp Spring onion, sliced
1 Tbsp Pineapple, chopped

for topping:
1/2 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
pinch Mint, chopped
1/2 Green chilli, chopped


Boil potatoes, cool down to room temperature. Mix with yogurt, set aside. Heat oil and fry the mustard and cumin, then pour over the potatos. Add in the spring onion and pineapple, season with salt and pepper. Add garlic, green chillies and mint on top and chill before serving.
