Egg Bhurji Sandwich

Ingredients

2 eggs
ginger
green chili
pinch chili powder
pinch turmeric
handful Onion
handful tomato
handful of corriander leaves
salt
2 bread slices

Directions

Within daily oil quota, saute green chili, ginger and onion until onion is soft. Add tomato, tumeric and chili powder and cook until moisture is reduced. Add beaten eggs and salt to taste, let the eggs cook.
Finish with corriander and spoon onto bread.
