Fish Curry

Fish curry *
Bhindi (okra) Sabzi
Roti or Rice


For the fish curry:
75 g fish fillet
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1 tsp MDH chicken curry masala
1 tsp ginger/garlic paste
1/2 tsp oil

For the Bhindi (okra) sabzi:
100 g Bhindi
to taste:
cumin powder

For the Roti/Rice:
40g rice or wheat flour

For the Salad:
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup green capsicum
1/2 cup tomato lemon juice


For the fish curry: Saute chopped onion, tomato, ginger/garlic paste in oil. Add spice mix. Mix well. Add fish pieces and cook until everything is tender and well cooked.

For the bhindi sabzi: Saute jeera in oil. Add chopped bhindi, sautee. Cover and let cook. Add cumin powder and salt. Mix well.

For the salad: Chop all veggies. Squeeze lemon juice. Serve fresh, season with salt and Splenda
