Grilled Chicken with vegetables and rice OR wheat flour
1 cup of curds
150 g rice OR 150g wheat flour for chapatis/rotis/etc.
300 g vegetables
250 g Chicken
Salt and spices to your taste
Marinate chicken with salt and spices.
Grill until cooked OR roast in the oven until cooked.
Do not add any oil or butter to this dish.
