75 g rice OR 75 g wheat flour for chapatis/rotis/etc.
100 g vegetables
150 g Fish
Salt and spices to your taste


Marinate fish with salt and spices.
Grill until cooked OR roast in the oven until cooked.
Do not add any oil or butter to this dish.
