Grilled Fish with vegetables and rice OR wheat flour and 1 cup of curds
1 cup of curds
150 g rice OR 150 g wheat flour for chapatis/rotis/etc.
300 g vegetables
250 g Fish
Salt and spices to your taste
Marinate fish with salt and spices.
Grill until cooked OR roast in the oven until cooked.
Do not add any oil or butter to this dish.
