Hakka Noodles* with 1 Fruit


80 g Whole wheat or rice noodles
1/2 cup Onion
1/2 cup Green Beans
1/2 cup Carrots
60 g Paneer OR Tofu
Oil within daily quota
1 tsp Chings Secret Sauce or other hot sauce/soy sauce


Boil the whole wheat noodles. Saute the veggies and paneer/tofu. Add the two. Sprinkle chings secret sauce (or any other hot sauce/soy sauce)
