Lobhia Curry with Cauliflower Sabzi

Lobhia (black-eyed peas) curry*
Gobi (cauliflower) sabzi
Roti or Rice


For the Lobia curry:
50 g Black Eye Beans, soaked
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup ginger/garlic paste
1/2 tsp MDH chana masala
1/2 tsp oil

For the Gobi Sabzi:
100 g Chopped Cauliflower
50 g peas
1/2 tsp turmeric/salt
1/2 tsp ginger/garlic paste
1/2 tsp oil

For the Roti/Rice:
50g wheat flour or rice

For the Salad:
25g radish
25g carrot


For the Lobia Curry: Pressure cook lobia. Saute onion, tomato, ginger/garlic paste in oil. Add the two. Add Spice mix. Bring everything to boil. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.

For the Gobi Sabzi: Saute cauliflower and peas with ginger/garlic paste. Add turmeric/ salt. Cover and cook until everything is tender and mixed well.

For the Salad: Chop veggies. Serve with lemon juice squeezed on top.
