Matar Paratha

Ingredients

1/2 cup of curds

for Matar Paratha (Makes 1 paratha; can duplicate recipe to make multiple at once for the week)

25 g flour
pinch salt
1/4 tsp oil (within daily quota)
1/8 cup water (approx,)

for Filling

1/2 cup green peas
1/2 tsp oil (withing daily quota)
1/4Tbsp coriander powder (dhania)
1/2 tsp fennel seed powder (saunf)
pinch red chili powder
1/2 chopped green chili
pinch mango powder (amchoor)
1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Mix and knead the dough, let rest for 10 min while preparing filling. Boil the peas until tender, drain, and mash. Add the spices and mix well. Heat the oil in a pan, and cook the peas with the spices until a soft dough forms- about 4-5 minutes. Then, roast the parathas.
