Paneer Bhurji Sandwich
1 Fruit


1/2 cup crumbled paneer
green chili
pinch chili powder
pinch turmeric
handful Onion
handful tomato
handful of corriander leaves
2 bread slices


Within daily oil quota, saute green chili, ginger and onion until onion is soft. Add tomato, tumeric and chili powder and cook until moisture is reduced. Add Add Paneer and salt to taste, let the paneer heat through.
Finish with corriander and spoon onto bread.
