Paneer Bhurji

Paneer Bhurji Sandwiches (1.5 Sandwiches)
1 fruit


(makes 1.5 sandwiches)
3/4 cup crumbled paneer
green chili
pinch chili powder
pinch turmeric
handful Onion
handful tomato
handful coriander leaves
3 bread slices (use 2 bread slices to make one sandwich, cut the remaining slice in half and put the two halves together to make another sandwich)


Within daily oil quota, saute green chili, ginger, and onion until onion is soft. Add tomato, turmeric and chili powder and cook until moisture is reduced. Add Paneer and salt to taste, let the paneer heat through.
Finish with coriander and spoon onto bread.
