Potato Onion Cheela
1 cup of curds

Ingredients

3 tablespoons besan
100 g potato, finely grated
100 g Onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoon Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Water, as required

Directions: Finely grate the potato and soak in cold water while preparing the batter. Combine wheat flour and besan with water and spices to make a batter. Add the onion and soaked potato, and pan fry the cheela within oil daily quota.
