Potato Onion Cheela
1 cup of curds

Ingredients

3 tablespoons besan
100 g potato, finely grated
100 g Onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoon Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Water, as required

Directions

Finely grate the potato and soak in cold water while preparing the batter. Combine wheat flour and besan with water and spices to make a batter. Add the onion and soaked potato, and pan fry the cheela within oil daily quota.
