Ingredients

1/2 cup curds

for Veg Frankie (Makes one- can multiply and make roti and stuffing for several Frankie for week)

25 g paneer
25 grams flour for roti (or, use a ready-made small roti or tortilla)
50 g tomato
50 g onion
1 tsp oil (within daily quota)
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
Pinch of Kashmiri red chilli powder
Pinch of Turmeric powder
Coriander powder (optional) 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the onions, tomatoes, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and stir. Cook till everything blends well and the excess moisture has dried up. Then add the paneer and lemon juice, mix well and remove from the heat. Cook roti in usual style, and add paneer filling to roti, garnish with onion and chaat masala (if desired) and serve.
