Absolutely! Each diet plan comes with pure-veg AND non-veg options. However, please note, this diet plan is NOT appropriate for a vegan diet. So if you do not consume any dairy products, this may not be the diet for you.

Do I Need To Buy Supplements, Foods, Or Products From You?

No, we don’t sell products or supplements. There are some tools that you need in order to follow the program. A weighing scale, measuring tape, and kitchen scale. A BIA machine (to measure body-fat) is ideal, but optional. We don’t sell these items, but can recommend some brands that have worked well for others.

How Much Weight Will I Lose?

Almost every single person who follows this diet loses body-weight and body-fat. Yet, the human body is very complex. There is simply no way to predict how different people will respond to the same diet. Decades of scientific research have been conducted in the US, in India, and worldwide. No one has been able to figure it out. Plenty of diet programs make predictions and guarantees. But so far, no scientist or Doctor has been able to make an accurate prediction.

Do I Have To Exercise?

Weight-loss, for most people, is more easily achieved by diet rather than exercise. Exercise is great and often necessary for general health. Whom is this diet for?

If you love normal, tasty Indian foods, then this diet is for you.

You'll eat plenty of foods containing "carbs." Like roti, rice, dosa, paratha, ice-cream, chocolate, popcorn. Some people believe they need to cut out grains, carbs, desserts, etc. from their diet. If that works for you, that's fine. But this diet is full of normal foods.

If most of your meals are home-cooked, then this diet is for you.

But you do NOT need to be an expert chef. Everything home-cooked has detailed instructions and recipes. And we have plenty of "quick" options to whip up in a few minutes for the days you are short on time.

If you need a diet with flexibility for religious fasting dates, then this diet is for you.

You should not have to compromise your culture and your religion for a diet! If you eat only vegetarian food for certain days of the week. Or for certain religious holidays, it's not a problem. You'll be able to choose from plenty of vegetarian options, without skipping a beat.
