What's on the menu?

Up to you! You choose your favorite options. We’ll give you the raw ingredient amounts needed to turn them into a diet, as well as some delicious recipes of our own! Be it pure-veg, non-veg, vegan, lactose-free…we can create traditional diets from ALL parts of India and South Asia. Not sure if we can accommodate your choices? DO I HAVE TO EXERCISE?

No. Although exercise has many benefits, we designed the diet to be convenient. Therefore, you do not need to exercise for this diet to work. You do not need to go to the gym. We recommend some simple – optional – activities you can do anywhere, instead.

WHEN DO I EAT?

We have created the optimal sequence, but you can choose the timings. 6 Meals a day means you stay full. Choosing your own times means you get ultimate flexibility.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

Each custom plan can be followed for approximately four weeks. You can buy a 4-week, 12-week, or 24-week program. If you buy the 12 or 24 week plans, you get a brand new diet each and every month. If you buy a four week plan, you get one diet, and nutritionist monitoring, for the next four weeks. After that point, you are welcome to purchase another diet or purchase a multi-month program.  Please note, there is a considerable savings if you purchase the 12-week or 24-week program.

WHAT ARE THE FEES?

We charge only ONE-TIME payments, and the diet is yours to keep. Forever. There are NO hidden costs, NO extra fees.  The prices are listed in US Dollars, but when you remit payment, it is converted into your local currency (including INR)

You would also need to own or buy a kitchen scale (to weigh food) and a weighing scale/body-fat scale to measure your progress. We do not sell this, but they can be easily found at many retailers, and online at FlipKart and Amazon.com.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

We create each diet plan individually for our clients. Hence, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, for any reason, once we have sent you the diet plan.

HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE?

Almost every single person who follows this diet loses body-weight and body-fat. Yet, the human body is very complex. There is simply no way to predict how different people will respond to the same diet. Decades of scientific research have been conducted in the US, in India, and worldwide. No one has been able to figure it out. Plenty of diet programs make predictions and guarantees. But so far, no scientist or Doctor has been able to make an accurate prediction.

I Live Outside India. Can I Still follow This Diet?

Yes! You can do it from anywhere in the world. Simply fill up the form, and your diet will be emailed to you, wherever you are. From our experience working with two lakhs of patients worldwide, we have carefully selected food options that are available world-over. Wherever you live, you should be able to follow the diet.
